งานฟันปลอมถอดได้ กับการแก้ไขความสวยงามของฟัน

รีวิวเคสตัวอย่าง คนไข้ต้องการใส่ฟันทดแทนช่องว่างที่ถอนฟันออกไป โดยเมื่อสบฟัน พบฟันหน้าล่างคร่อมส่วนของฟันหน้าบน พื้นที่การบูรณะฟันหน้าบนไม่เพียงพอ (ประเมินจากฟันปลอมชุดเดิม และสภาพช่องปาก) 

คุณหมอให้คำแนะนำ หากต้องการฟันปลอมชุดใหม่ที่มีระนาบการสบที่เหมาะสม ราบเรียบ และได้ความสวยงาม ฟันปลอมชุดใหม่ จะทำการปรับระดับการสบฟัน ณ ตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม โดยคนไข้ต้องทดลองใช้งาน และปรับตัวต่อฟันปลอมชุดใหม่ร่วมด้วย และกลับมาติดตามอาการตามระยะ จนกว่าจะใช้งานได้ปกติ

ภายหลังจากการใส่ฟันปลอม คนไข้กลับมาติดตามอาการตามระยะ สามารถใช้งานฟันปลอมได้ดี ปรับตัว ณ ระดับการสบใหม่ได้ สร้างความพึงพอใจและความมั่นใจในการพูด การยิ้ม และการเข้าสังคมมากขึ้นกว่าฟันปลอมชุดเดิม

Case Review Example:
The patient wished to replace missing teeth following extractions. Upon evaluating the bite, it was found that the lower front teeth overlapped the upper front teeth, resulting in insufficient space for restoring the upper anterior teeth. This was assessed based on the previous denture and the current oral condition.The dentist explained that in order to create a new denture with a proper, balanced occlusal plane and improved aesthetics, the bite level would need to be adjusted to an appropriate position. The patient would need to trial the new denture, allow time for adaptation, and return for regular follow-up visits so adjustments could be made until normal function and comfort were achieved.

After receiving the new dentures, the patient returned for regular follow-up visits and was able to use the dentures comfortably and effectively. The patient successfully adapted to the new occlusal level, resulting in greater satisfaction and improved confidence in speaking, smiling, and social interactions compared to the previous set of dentures.
