บูรณาการความสวย ผ่านการจัดฟันและครอบฟันเซรามิก

รีวิวเคสจัดฟันของคลินิกทันตกรรมเดอะคราวน์  คนไข้มีฟันซี่หน้าสีคล้ำ ผ่านการรักษารากฟันมาเรียบร้อยแล้ว คนไข้เป็นโรคปริทันต์หลายซี่ในช่องปาก  คุณหมอวางแผนจัดฟัน เรียงฟันให้ได้ตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม หลังจากนั้นทำการบูรณะด้วยส่วนครอบฟันแก้ไขสีฟันหน้าที่คล้ำต่อไป

ภายหลังจากการจัดฟันเสร็จเรียบร้อย คนไข้ใส่คเรื่องมือคงสภาพฟันไว้ประมาณ 6 เดือน จากนั้นเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนของการบูรณะฟันหน้าที่สำคล้ำด้วยครอบฟันเซรามิก

การจัดฟันเพื่อให้ซี่ฟันได้ตำแหน่งการเรียงตัว และตำแหน่งการสบฟันที่เหมาะสม ก่อนการบูรณะส่วนครอบฟัน เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้การรักษามีโอกาสที่จะประสบความสำเร็จสูง ณ ปัจจุบัน คนไข้รายนี้กลับมาติดตามอาการ เช็คสภาพฟันทุกปี พบว่า สภาพช่องปาก ฟันและครอบฟันที่บูรณะไป ยังคงสภาพที่ดีเช่นเดิม หลังผ่านมา 3 ปี

Orthodontic Case Review – The Crown Dental Clinic, KoratThe patient presented with discoloration of an anterior tooth that had previously undergone root canal treatment. The patient also had periodontal disease affecting multiple teeth. The dentist planned orthodontic treatment to align the teeth into proper positions. After achieving appropriate alignment and occlusion, restorative treatment was planned to correct the discoloration of the anterior tooth.After completion of orthodontic treatment, the patient wore retainers for approximately six months. The treatment then proceeded to the restorative phase, during which the discolored anterior tooth was restored with an all-ceramic crown.The image shows the result after restoration with all-ceramic crowns.Performing orthodontic treatment to achieve proper tooth alignment and a stable occlusal relationship prior to crown restoration significantly increases the likelihood of treatment success. At present, the patient returns for annual follow-up examinations. After three years, the oral condition—including the natural teeth and the ceramic crown restorations—remains stable and in good condition.
