หลังรักษารากฟัน ขูดหินปูน และอุดฟันที่ผุ เสร็จ ก็เข้าสู่การฟื้นฟูบูรณะฟันซี่ที่ผ่านการควบคุมโรคมา แก้วัสดุอุดฟันหน้าซี่ที่ติดกับซี่ที่แตก รื้ออุดก่อนการทำครอบฟัน จากนั้นทำเดือยฟัน และทำครอบฟัน คุณหมอเลือกวัสดุเป็นครอบฟันเซรามิกล้วนทั้ง 2 ซี่

คนไข้มีการสบฟันที่สบลึก เช็คการสบฟันให้ดี นัดติดตามเป็นระยะร่วมด้วย ณ ปัจจุบันคนไข้ใส่ใช้งานมา 5-6 ปีแล้ว สภาพของครอบฟันยังอยู่ในสภาพที่ดี ให้คำแนะนำเรื่องการรักษาความสะอาดช่องปาก ได้แก่ การใช้ไหมขัดฟัน การแปรงฟัน และการกลับมาตรวจตามระยะอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 

Case Review: Fractured Upper Front Teeth (2 Teeth) – The Crown Dental Clinic, KoratThe patient visited the clinic with fractures of two upper front teeth accompanied by dark discoloration. Intraoral examination revealed that the fractures extended into the dental pulp. The anterior incisors appeared dark in color, with large existing restorations, and the teeth had never undergone root canal treatment.Root canal treatment was recommended, followed by post placement and crown restoration on both teeth. In addition, restoration of a decayed tooth was advised, along with replacement of an old restoration that had changed color. The patient was also diagnosed with generalized gingivitis, which was managed with full-mouth scaling.After completion of root canal treatment, scaling, and restoration of the decayed tooth, the case proceeded to the restorative phase once the oral condition was under control. The discolored restoration on the adjacent anterior tooth was removed prior to crown fabrication. Post-and-core restorations were then placed, followed by full coverage crowns. The dentist selected all-ceramic crowns for both teeth.The patient presented with a deep bite, so occlusion was carefully evaluated and monitored with regular follow-up appointments. At present, the patient has been using the crowns for approximately 5–6 years, and they remain in good condition. The patient was advised on proper oral hygiene, including the use of dental floss, correct toothbrushing techniques, and returning for regular dental check-ups as scheduled.
