รีวิวเคสจัดฟัน ของคลินิกทันตกรรมเดอะคราวน์โคราช คนไข้มีฟันซ้อมเก มุมฟันเขี้ยวด้านขวาสูง พบฟันหน้าบนสบไขว้ฟันหน้าล่าง  ซี่ฟันหลังค่อนข้างเตี้ย

อย่างที่ได้เขียนบทความไว้ครั้งก่อน ฟันที่มีการเรียงตัวผิดปกติ มันมีอะไรซ่อนอยู่ ภายหลังจากการเช็คภาพถ่ายเอ็กซ์เรย์ พบว่าในขากรรไกรล่างมีฟันฝัง (ฟันเกิน) อยู่ 3 ซี่ ซึ่งแน่นอนว่าก่อนการเข้าสู่การจัดฟัน ฟันฝังเหล่านี้ต้องพิจารณาผ่าตัดนำออกมา เพื่อลดการขัดขวางการเคลื่อนฟัน และป้องกันรอยโรคที่รุนแรงที่จะเกิดตามมาในอนาคต เช่น ถุงน้ำ หรือ Cyst นั่นเอง

หลังการจัดฟันเสร็จสิ้น คุณหมอตกแต่งเหงือก ด้วยเลเซอร์ทันตกรรม ให้คนไข้ เพื่อให้ได้รูปร่างของฟันที่ได้สัดส่วนที่เหมาะสม สวยงาม เพิ่มความมั่นใจหลังถอดเครื่องมือให้กับน้องคนไข้ 

Orthodontic Case Review – The Crown Dental Clinic, KoratThe patient presented with crowded teeth, an elevated angulation of the upper right canine, an anterior crossbite (upper front teeth biting behind the lower front teeth), and relatively short posterior teeth.As discussed in a previous article, malaligned teeth often indicate underlying hidden issues. After reviewing the radiographic findings, it was discovered that there were three impacted supernumerary teeth in the lower jaw. As part of proper treatment planning, these impacted teeth needed to be carefully evaluated and surgically removed prior to orthodontic treatment. This was necessary to prevent obstruction of tooth movement and to reduce the risk of serious future pathology, such as the development of cystic lesions.After completion of orthodontic treatment, the dentist performed gingival contouring using a dental laser to improve tooth proportions and achieve a more harmonious and esthetic tooth shape. This final step enhanced the overall appearance of the smile and helped boost the patient’s confidence after appliance removal.
