แก้ไขฟันหน้าซ้อนและสบไขว้ โดยไม่ถอนฟัน (เคสน้องผู้ช่วยที่คลินิก)

รีวิวเคสของคลินิกทันตกรรมเดอะคราวน์โคราช เป็นเคสน้องผู้ช่วยของคลินิก มีฟันหน้าล่างคร่อมฟันหน้าบน 2 ซี่ทางด้านซ้าย มีฟันหน้าทางด้านขวาที่บิดเก และซ้อนทับอยู่ด้านใน มีพื้นที่บริเวณนี้แคบ คุณหมอวางแผนรักษาทางทันตกรรมจัดฟัน โดยเลือกไม่ถอนฟัน 

ณ ปัจจุบัน สามารถเคลื่อนฟันซี่หน้าทางด้านขวาที่บิดเกซ้อนอยู่ด้านใน ณ ตอนก่อนเริ่มรักษา ให้ออกมาเข้าตำแหน่งที่ปกติได้เรียบร้อย และแก้ไขฟันหน้าที่สบไขว้ ให้กลับเข้าสู่ระนาบปกติได้ เช่นกัน 

Case Review – The Crown Dental Clinic, KoratThis case involved a dental assistant from the clinic. The patient presented with two lower front teeth overlapping the upper front teeth on the left side, as well as rotated and crowded anterior teeth on the right side, where the space was limited and the teeth were positioned lingually.The dentist planned orthodontic treatment using a non-extraction approach.At present, the rotated and lingually displaced anterior teeth on the right side—seen before treatment—have been successfully moved into their proper positions. In addition, the anterior crossbite has been corrected, restoring the teeth to a normal occlusal plane.
