Complaints included unsatisfactory aesthetics, opaque and yellowed teeth, gingival recession, a protruding central incisor affected by periodontal disease, and dark gingival margins caused by long-standing metal-ceramic crowns. 1. Removal of old anterior crowns.
2. Radiographic evaluation confirmed healthy root-treated teeth with no periapical pathology.
3. Old metal posts were removed and replaced with new posts for optimal support.
4. Darkened gingival margins were corrected using dental laser therapy.
5. Restoration with all-ceramic crowns and veneers to achieve natural aesthetics, proper proportions, and color matching.

Outcome:
